Good morn­ing world, at least my small cor­ner of it. Hap­py week­end! or is it? Deal­ing with a small bit of a headache this morn­ing that I’m hop­ing will go away after I’ve fin­ished my cof­fee but for now just stay­ing cool(er) and keep­ing the lights low helps a bit. Yes­ter­day was ses­sion two of our King­mak­er PF2 adven­ture path and it did­n’t go as well as I had hoped. One per­son dropped the cam­paign. They were prob­a­bly the play­er, besides Embyr, that I got along with best. Their char­ac­ter sound­ed rather inter­est­ing and I’m dis­ap­point­ed by this devel­op­ment. Sec­ond, last minute anoth­er play­er in our group could­n’t make it because of a birth­day he had to attend, I’m a lit­tle sur­prised this was­n’t men­tioned at the end of the last ses­sion but it is what it is. Last­ly, there are some per­son­al­i­ty con­flicts in the group where some peo­ple just rub oth­er peo­ple the wrong way… Like some­one know­ing exact­ly when the game is sup­posed to start, respond­ing to the game mas­ter’s com­ment that the game starts in 30 min­utes 10 min­utes after so they clear­ly know the tim­ing. They then pro­ceed to be 10 min­utes late, mak­ing every­one else wait for them. This game is show­ing signs it might not be around much longer, and if not… well, I’ll fig­ure some­thing out as far as find­ing a longer term game to play in. Em’s angry about the last ses­sion and I can’t blame her, I do want this to work but, in my opin­ion, when some­one has the atti­tude that every­one should wait for them when they are late and should have known bet­ter, that will car­ry through in oth­er things they do, and that isn’t a good team experience. 

Em fin­ished some gay art fea­tur­ing Tsar­goth and Vir­ul. Thank you so much for work­ing on this UwU. While not a favourite of Tsar’s he’s clear­ly get­ting some enjoy­ment from the expe­ri­ence, as is Vir­ul. Em’s post­ed it to her FA Gallery, and I’d like to encour­age those of you with an account to please give her a watch and favourite her orig­i­nal post­ing. There might be some future things with Vir­ul com­ing down the line. We shall see.

For today though there are a few dif­fer­ent things I might work on depend­ing how my head feels as we get lat­er into the day. I might try some writ­ing, I know, I know, I say that often but nev­er get any­where. I’m not say­ing today will be dif­fer­ent but being a week­end its eas­i­er for me to want to sit in front of a com­put­er and work, so its pos­si­ble. I might set­up a new Minecraft mod­pack for Cob­ble­mon and invite the mem­bers of our new com­mu­ni­ty serv­er. A game where we can build, explore, and trade poké­mon mul­ti­play­er. Nice~. Also have to do a bit of plan­ning for Em’s birth­day com­ing up, and the par­ty we’ll be throw­ing next Fri­day night. And last­ly their is the Phas­mo­pho­bia update that came out just this Thurs­day. Its one of Embyr’s favourite games and with this release of the game, which is still tech­ni­cal­ly in ear­ly access, all progress has been reset and we need to lev­el up and unlock items we had before. All pre­vi­ous funds gone, and I had over 50k in sav­ings. I feel like i’m crawl­ing for­ward when I play now being stuck with such basic equipment.
